Four first-floor studios. Can sleep up to three guests:

Superior Studio in Queenstown
One superior newly renovated studio, ground floor. Sleeps up to two guests:

- Superking bed (can be split into twins)
- Separate tiled bathroom, walk-in shower and heated towel rails
- Kitchenette - microwave, hotplate, electric frying pan, toaster, kettle, fridge (with ice maker)
- Sky TV, clock radio, dvd player

Deluxe Studio in Queenstown
Two deluxe studios - beautifully refurbished this year - on the ground floor with patio (and furniture). Sleeps up to two guests:

- Superking bed (can be split into twins)
- Separate tiled bathroom - one has a double spa bath - underfloor heating, shower, heated towel rails
- Full kitchen - microwave, hotplate, electric frying pan, toaster, kettle, fridge (with ice maker), dishwasher and underfloor heating

Seven one bedroom apartments available (some have lake views). Each sleeps up to five guests:
