St James Apartments

Let me introduce ourselves. I'm Debbie, and David is the other half. Both of us have the pleasure of looking after St James Apartments - accommodation in Queenstown, New Zealand. Press the scroll button to the right and I will be able to give you a conducted tour of both the St James accommodation and a few areas surrounding Queenstown.

For those who are unfamiliar with Queenstown and its position, it is in the middle to bottom of the South Island in New Zealand. The region is called the Lakes District, which is part of the incredibly beautiful Central Otago. Basically we are in the middle of New Zealand's Southern Alps. The photograph to the top gives you some idea of the surroundings around Queenstown. St James Apartments are right in the middle of the township.

So you have arrived in New Zealand needing accommodation in Queenstown. We would have hoped you would have booked before by emailing us here as accommodation can be scarce at times within the region and we don't want you to be disappointed. Remember we do have specials from time to time so do email us with your request.

But now you're here and staying with us in your Queenstown apartment in New Zealand - and there are so many things to do while you're here! The St James Apartments are in the heart of Queenstown, so you are within just a short walk of the numerous shops, restaurants and drop-off points for many of the exciting activities on offer.

St James Apartments offers secure off-street parking within our grounds. Your luggage can be easily unloaded from your vehicle and you are within easy reach of your rooms. We have 16 apartments within the St James Apartments complex. All are quiet and have superb kitchen and bathroom facilities. We have studios, apartments and of course our magnificent penthouse suite.

You drive into the St James Apartments from Coronation Road down into our private courtyard. The building is set back amongst trees and has a central parking area. Our attractive reception is in the middle of the complex. Our rates are really quite reasonable for accommodation so close to the town and we do offer seasonal specials. Please contact us for information on these specials as they vary from one month to the next.

Your chosen apartment will be a great place to relax and take stock of yourself after a long journey. Once you are rested, please feel free to walk down or go by our lift to the reception. We will be only too willing to offer advice as to where to go in Queenstown. Remember you are so close to everything it really is a short walk. We also have racks of brochures on the many activities that the region can offer. These would include everything from the local wine tours to the world famous bungy jumps.
